SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping within India is INR 50 irrespective of the number of items bought.

  2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 3,000.

  3. Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 

  4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us an mail at customersupport@atyaa.in  within 2 hours of placing the order.

Exchange Policy

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  3. Products with any kind of physical damage will only be accepted for return. Please make sure an opening video of the Product is made.

  4. Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

  5. We do not provide refund in any case. Incase of a damaged product is received by the customer, an Exchange for the same product or a different product available on the website is allowed. However , the difference of amount should be paid by the customer/brand. 

  6. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the exchange request is approved.

  7. Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
